Dominguez offered an impassioned speech, and appeared not to be pulling punches as she made her case for winning voters' confidence for reelection as Humboldt County Auditor-Controller.

The AC gives us this additional video statement as to why she is running for a second term.

In response to a question about misappropriations of tax-payer dollars, the county's Auditor-Controller told Hutson,

“There have been misappropriation of county assets, sure. The planning bribes, the internal dealings of estate assets. The problem we’re having is that [the] decentralized structure of this county results in duplicative effort and work, untrained people handling significant amounts of money, and misreporting of financial data.”
